ACADEMIC TUTORING

 

Our current rate for academic tutoring is $72 an hour.  This includes help with subject coursework, homework, studying for tests and quizzes, and working with home-schooled students.  We have tutors that can help with Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus (including the AP course), North Carolina Math 1, Math 2, Math 3 and Math 4 and Calculus.

PSAT, SAT, and ACT TEST PREP  - Individual Lessons

​Our current rate for test prep is $72 an hour.  It is highly suggested to schedule a MINIMUM of 8 one-hour sessions prior to their SAT or ACT.  It is best to start a test-prep course about 2-3 months before the exam and plan to meet at least once a week. Weekly homework is given (practice exams) including a binder of math content to memorize and assignments in the College Board Student Question Bank for targeted practice.  Students will get the most out of test prep if they can commit to spending at least 2 hours a week (at home) working on test prep material.  ​​​​​​​
